Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray to God for those who weep.
We sat and stared in morbid fear
We watched the Towers begin to sear.
Ten years have passed since that fateful day
When all the world knelt down to pray.
No day goes by that we forget
The souls of those we never met.
To our heroes who stand so proud and tall
Peace to all whose name grace each wall.
A moment of silence with no words to say
God Bless you all and the U.S.A.
